Classes of PostmarkedEmail

PostmarkedEmail is broken down into classifications similar to physical mail.

  • Transactional PostmarkedEmail™ can replace paper for many uses including statements, invoices, receipts, and trade confirmations. Transactional PostmarkedEmail provides proof of sending and guaranteed delivery to the recipient's mail server, similar to standard or first class mail being delivered to a physical mailbox but at over an order of magnitude lower cost. The sender agrees to abide by Epostmarks and U.S. Postal Service® policies, state and federal laws and CAN-SPAM. Epostmarks authenticates the sender and proves to the recipient that the email is legitimate.
  • Compliance PostmarkedEmail™ can help senders who face compliance requirements stemming from Regulation Z, Sarbanes-Oxley, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). A separate U.S. Postal Service Electronic Postmark® is applied to each message, providing enhanced non-repudiation and proof of date and time of delivery. It can legally replace First-Class Mail®, Registered Mail™, and Certified Mail™ in Maryland and soon other states. This makes it suitable even when laws or regulations require mailing. This includes terms and conditions, shareholder information, statements, and invoices. Compliance PostmarkedEmail provides proof of creation and proof of delivery to the recipient's inbox. The sender agrees to abide by Epostmarks and U.S. Postal Service policies, state and federal laws, and CAN-SPAM. Epostmarks authenticates the sender and proves to the recipient that the email is legitimate.
  • Other classes of PostmarkedEmail are coming soon with features like encryption and proof of opening. If you don't see what you are looking for, contact us today.
