Jason Curtis, Founder & CEO
Jason Curtis is the co-founder and CEO of Epostmarks. Under
Jason’s leadership, the drive to tackle the task of bringing
trust to electronic communications has borne fruit: He has built
the team, helped to develop the growth strategy, and managed
key partnerships and relationships that form the framework on
which Epostmarks is poised to continue growing. Jason’s
previous responsibilities at WareOnEarth, Inc. required working
with the executive management team to uncover opportunities
where the U.S. Postal Service could play a role in bringing
trust to the online marketplace. |

Adam Grossman, Founder & President
Adam is the co-founder and President of Epostmarks. Adam heads
the strategic planning and decision making process, oversees
all contracts and negotiations, and has established the core
infrastructure and operations of Epostmarks. Adam played a key
role in negotiating the core agreements that have brought Epostmarks
to the brink of commercialization, defined the Epostmarks culture
and defined our human capital requirements. Prior to working
with Epostmarks, Adam led projects in the billing and correspondence
IT division of Capital One Bank including projects related to
electronic bill payment and Presentation. Adam holds a BS in
Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. |

Michael Wolf, CTO, VP of Business Development
Mike is Chief Technology Officer of Epostmarks. Mike is one
of the foremost authorities in the world on Electronic Postmark
technologies. Mike is responsible for architecting, building, and operating the worldwide PostmarkedEmail system for Epostmarks. Prior to joining Epostmarks, Mike was a co-founder of AuthentiDate, a publicly traded
company that developed and operates the Electronic Postmark
Service for the USPS. As CTO of AuthentiDate, Michael served
as principal architect and guiding force for the development
of the Electronic Postmark (EPM.) Mike also served as the chief
technical spokesperson for the EPM, and led efforts to market
the EPM globally. He also helped architect the Electronic Postmark
standard that was adopted by the Universal Postal Union in 2004.
Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute in Troy, N.Y |

Ari Grossman, CFO
Ari manages all of Epostmarks’ financial, human resource,
and administrative work. Ari brings expertise in finance, accounting,
and consulting to his role. During his years as a financial
and technology consultant with leaders like Arthur Anderson
and Bearing Point, he worked closely with top executives of
Fortune 500 companies to design and implement financial reporting
systems customized to enhance financial analysis and planning
capabilities. Ari is a Certified Public Accountant and holds
a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech. |
